⭐ Creating Guilds or Clans
All members of the Ashuri community are welcome and encouraged to create their own Clan or Guild!

There are two types of a Clan/Guild: Official and Unofficial.
- Creating an Official Clan/Guild requires submitting a form to us for approval, after which your group will be listed on the website, and will also be eligible to participate in Tournaments and other special events with your group!
- Creating an Unofficial Clan/Guild does not require any kind of submission/approval. These are much more casual and are best used for backstory purposes. They will not be listed on the website nor will they be eligible for special events.
- There are no special requirements to create an Unofficial group.
📝OFFICIAL GUILD & CLAN REQUIREMENTS
- Choose a name for you guild/clan. If the name of your group already exists in the official clan/guild page then you must use another name.
- Guilds/Clans must have a short description on their page describing the group's establishment/history, goals, reputation, etc. Feel free to be creative with your group, but remember that official guilds must follow a certain protocol (*refer to the guild page), as for clans, they can have their own goals, rules, protocols, etc. (*refer to the clan page)
- Each guild/clan must have a minimum of 3 preexisting Ashuri(s) that are displayed on the groups page.
- Every guild/clan will have a leader/creator who will be managing their own group
- Guilds/Clans require an emblem/logo of their group. Emblems/Logos must be atleast 500x500 in size.

💬 HOW TO CREATE AN OFFICIAL GUILD/CLAN?
★To apply for an official guild/clan, you must fill-out this form so that moderators can review your submission.
- Make sure you've read the Guild & Clans page before submitting as well as the information listed above.
- Your official guild/clan must meet all the requirements above.
- It is advised to place information/lore for your Guild/Clan into a Google Doc, a Toyhou.se page, etc.
- You are allowed to have special requirements for your Guild/Clan.
( Guild requirement example: Only accepting "pink-themed" Ashuri(s). | Clan requirement example: accepting only "slayer" Ashuri(s). )
GUILD EMBLEM
✅With the approval of your guild/clan, it will be displayed on the official page and anyone will be welcome to join it.
It will be your responsibility to keep the roster updated, whenever and however you decide to host it.
✖️DISBANDING AN OFFICIAL GUILD/CLAN OR CHANGING GROUP OWNERS
To disband your guild/clan or transfer ownership, all you have to do is send the form below to the @Ashuri-Clan deviantart group.

- Group #: (number of guild displayed in the official guild/clan page)
- Short Description: (describing your group's establishment/history, goals, reputation, etc)
- Emblem/Logo: (image that you created that depicts the clan/guild; must be your own or a commissioned creation, please don't take from Google/DA/etc!)
- Link: (a link to the TH page that houses all of the group's information)
